Progress comes from innovation and innovation from creativity. These three concepts are so well entwined with each other that it’s hard to have one without the other. Our markets are bombarded with workers today and it’s no wonder that most of these employer’s progress is at a standstill. When people choose to stay in their comfort zones, they stay in it even when the choice goes away. Innovation training is one way to bridge this gap. You see so many people breaking these shackles around them and emerging stronger and better and you wonder. Where am I lacking? What do these people have that I don’t? And the answer to these questions is pretty simple. The most famous people around the world trust their creativity, they trust their uniqueness and that’s what you need to do as well.
